CLOSER TO HEAVEN

(Linda Agin seedling, garden name “Blue Eye Sharks Teeth") [(Mrs. John Cooper x Bridey Greeson) (Tet. Crystal Blue Persuasion)] Sev. 5" fl. 32" sc. M 15-20 buds. These are pale lavender flowers with a pattern eye and matching picotee wire edge, surrounded by a wire gold edge. The pattern eye is a soft blue violet, sometimes with gradations or bands of blue violet, surrounded by a burgundy mascara band. The center of the flower is accented by a large deep green throat. The plants are cold hardy, and the fertile flowers are presented on tall, 32" scapes.
